Porgy and Bess

The classic Gershwin opera returns to La Scala in a semi-scenic production conducted by Alan Gilbert, musical director of the New York Philharmonic.

The cast includes Morris Robinson as Porgy, Kristin Lewis as Bess, and Lester Lynch – who recently played Porgy in the Spoleto Festival production of the opera – as Crown.
